Peaceful Youth Training Saves Indonesian Children

Children are an inseparable part of the survival of human life and the sustainability of a nation and state. This is explicitly mandated in the 1945 Constitution Article 28 B Paragraph (2), that the state guarantees every child has the right to survival, growth, and development and the right to protection from violence, exploitation and discrimination.

But on the other hand, not all families in Indonesia have adequate quality to meet the rights and protection needs of their children. Many families do not understand the roles, duties and obligations as parents to fulfill their children's rights.

So it sounds unusual anymore with cases circulating regarding sexual harassment, sexual violence or others. I thought it would only be on television or on social media. But it happened similarly in my neighborhood and even my neighbors who might only be 6 houses ahead.
